    为什么现在很多的年青人从学校毕业以后很难找到工作，分析个人原因和社会原因，可以采取什么措施来解决。

    Love is time-consuming and tears students away from learning, students’ main task.
    Be distracted by, concentrate on, atmosphere, academic performance
There is no denying the fact that the students better equipped with practical knowledge are more competitive in job hunting, while those majoring in history, geography and the like have few job opportunities.
payment/salary/welfare/location, be reluctant to work in rural/remote/undeveloped areas
    lack social/working experiece
    The youngsters have been growing under the protection of parents and have never experienced rough times, so they are mentally weak.

    Social:
    The world economy is in depression. Job market is shrinking.
    The development of higher education
    Regional development is not balanced
    Unreasonable policy, sexual discrimination/gender equality
