2. 询问对方有无兴趣
 Are you interested in our products?
 Would you tell me what items you are interested in?
 Which items do you think might have a chance in your market?

 Do you see any sale possibilities for this product?
3. 介绍和推销商品
 Our products are made in a wide range of attractive styles and colors.
 Our products are rich-looking and beautiful
 Our products are attractive and eye-pleasing.
 Our products are appealing to the most selective buyers.
 Our products have already gained a strong footing in many markets.
4. 对询价的答复
 We can offer from stock.
 Your requirements are just under our consideration.
 We can assure you of our regular supply.
 We will endeavor to meet your requirements.
 No stock is available at present.
 The goods are in short supply.
5. 报价
 We are pleased to make you an offer for our products.
 We take pleasure in giving you an offer for our commodities.
 We have quoted you our lowest/best/ most favorable prices.
 This offer is valid for 10 days.
 This offer is open until the end of this month.
 Our offer remains firm until Jan 1st, 2004.

 

6. 对还价的答复
 We are considering accepting your counteroffer.
 In order to encourage business, we are prepared to make a reduction.
 In view of our good cooperation over the past years, we accept your counteroffer.
 Our price is practical and reasonable.
 It's impossible for us to lower our price.
 We cannot grant the reduction you ask for.
7. 提出付款条件
 Payment by L/C at sight is the only mode we accept.
 As for payment terms, we usually require sight L/C.
8. 关于装船日期(交货期)
 The time of delivery will be in January.
 The goods will be shipped in January and February in two equal lots.
 This first lot will be delivered in January, and the second lot will reach you in February.
9.对指定包装的意见
 Your way of packing takes time.
 I'm afraid we'll have to charge more for the packing as it calls for extra labor and expenses.
