　　3月18日，北京尽管雾霾袭城，但是雅思考题却没有为难大家。又是一个2014年的老题再现。纵使考生此前对这道老题不甚了解，其实究其内容而言，本题难度也十分有限。关于孩子看电视的事情，无论是A类还是G类考试都是老生常谈的内容了。

　　原题如下：Children can learn effectively from watching television. Therefore，children should be encouraged to watch television regularly both at home and at school. To what extent do you agree or disagree? 20170318

　　本题尽管难度有限，但是题干中的一个副词regularly还是给人很多遐想。

　　Without any hesitation, people nowadays can readily list a great number of possibly negative impacts caused by watching television. This is why the illusion exists that watching television for children is the taboo both at school and home. Eventually, utilizing television appropriately as a means of education is the choice with wisdom.

　　On each weekday school children have to spend at least 8 hours at school with listening to their teachers’ talking and reading textbooks. What can arouse students’ interest to learning is not what their teachers impart to them, but is vivid pictures, animation and sound that students can easily gain from watching television instead of their teachers. Thus, through watching television at school, these children can grasp both knowledge and relaxation simultaneously.

What children should watch and how long time they are allowed to sit in front of television ought to be restrained to prevent children from any possible harm.
