作文解析

行文框架:

开头段:点明立场

主一段:别人的成功

主二段:自己的成功

结尾段:重申立场

开头段:

The success in life is what the majority of contemporary people are tirelessly pursuing, and the analysis of possible contributing factors to it is always in the heated debate. Under this background, some assert that luck is playing the key role for people to achieve their ambitions. From my perspective, this is definitely inaccurate.

主一段:

On the one hand, it seems that while judging others’ success, we tend to stress the factor luck. The primary reason is that our jealousness makes us not objective, excessively estimating what their fortune contributes. Furthermore, the ironic truth is that this is meanwhile an acceptable excuse for explaining why we cannot achieve the same aim. In this context, the effect of luck is being exaggerated. For instance, we might claim that our classmates who got good academic performance are lucky since all the questions in the exam are coincidently what they learned. And our co-workers who are promoted are just the type of people our boss likes.

主二段:

On the other hand, once we need to share our own successful experience, our objectiveness can greatly help us reasonably analyze what we have done. In this situation, our good grades in exams will be immediately linked to our hard work, intelligence, the effective learning method and the rational study plan. Similarly, our promotion in career is closely connected with our expertise, determination, and the spirit of teamwork. All these factors can thoroughly express that we deserve what we have achieved

结尾段:

In summary, overestimating the function of luck to translate one’s achievement is the self-deception, and the secret code to success is complicated, where the luck only plays a tiny role.
