　　1999年，我的小学同学们在一起开玩笑时常说：英语不及格，说明我爱国。当时，作为一个英语成绩从来没有不及格的鲜菇本菇听到之后，总是莞尔一笑。然而，心中也难免充满了疑问：我是不是不爱国啊？

　　

　　2019年，新中国成立70周年，无数国内学子前往英美澳新加留学的大时代背景之下，每一个和同胞们聚在一起，包着饺子、喝着二锅头的夜晚，都无比舒心，无比欢乐。当年的那些人，英语说得越来越好，对祖国的爱更是一分也没少，反而与日俱增。

　　最近考雅思的小伙伴们，心情复杂。一边想为祖国庆生无心学习，一边守着2000多块钱的考试不敢松懈。今天，在这个祖国母亲生日即将到来之际，我决定，为你们减轻一些学习压力，给你们献上一点儿口语素材。素材内容全部跟我们的祖国相关。

　　

　　纵观雅思9月题库，part1话题最可爱的不过就是那道haircut题了。其中有一问：What is your favorite hair color? 作为一个黑眼黑发的纯种中国人，我们当然要给出这样的答案，才能在考官面前显得不卑不亢：

　　

　　Definitely.black is my favorite hair color. I was born with black hair and I totally love it. It’s a perfect and natural color that is most suitable for me even though sometimes I was forced to change my hair color because of some unavoidable reasons. 　　A historical period that I would love to share with you is the period from 1949 to this year 2019. This is definitely a significant period for Chinese people. The People’s republic of China was founded in 1949. Since then. we have started a totally new era and we have started to step forward to a better and better situation. There were ups and downs. happiness and sorrows. But. in general. China is heading for a brighter future.

　　

　　今天想要跟您分享的一段历史时期是从1949年到2019年这段时间。对中国人来说，这是一段至关重要的时期。中华人民共和国成立于1949年，自那起，我国就开始了一个新的时代，不断向前。有低谷，有高潮，有悲伤，也有欢乐。整体来说，我的国家越来越强大。

　　

　　

　　

　　During these 70 years. our GDP grew dramatically. Individuals’ life standard has improved a lot. A number of international events were held in China including the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and the 2010 World EXPO in Shanghai. The whole world is witnessing our strength. Foreign companies and individuals come to China to invest and to study. More and more foreign students could be seen in the campuses of universities in China. This is the proof that they are interested in learning about China and it’s also a sign that my country is becoming increasingly attractive.  

　　

　　这70年间，中国的GDP飞速增长。百姓的生活水平与日俱增。一系列国际事件在中国举行，包括2008年的北京奥运会和2010年的上海世博会。整个世界都目睹了中国的强大。外国公司和很多外籍人士来华投资、学习。中国的大学校园里，留学生随处可见。这说明他们对了解中国很感兴趣，也说明我的祖国越来越有魅力。

　　

　　I learn about history not only from my history teachers. but also from many book. documentaries and movies I have seen. Real or not.  it’s not important. What matters is that I can feel the progress of my country and my people. I know that Chinese students who live abroad love my country because I was one of them. I wish my motherland is getting cleaner and more beautiful. I wish my people would be smarter and happier. I would be a Chinese girl forever.

　　

　　关于历史的学习，不仅仅是通过历史老师们，我也看很多历史书、纪录片和电影。真真假假并不重要，重要的是我真真切切地感觉到了祖国的发展和人们的进步。我知道海外学子们心系祖国，因为我也曾是他们中的一员。希望我的祖国越来越干净，越来越美丽。希望我的同胞们越来越智慧，越来越幸福。我永远都会是一个中国女孩。
