本次预测重点针对新题季高频口语话题，同学们针对自己对话题的掌握程度进行练习使用~

下面是给同学们一些冲刺建议：

1、换题季首月的月尾，大家在准备新题的同时也要对旧题进行复习呀;

I'd like to talk about a coffee house which is located next to my workplace. It's established 2 years ago. As I know, the owner is a friend of mine who's a young man with big ambitions and a quick mind. And I go there quite frequently because it offers some refreshments. It offers sandwich, salad and a variety of coffee such as American, Espresso, Latte and so on. There’s no doubt that the bestseller is Latte, since many people believe it could the best you could find in Shang Hai. However, my favorite is its organic salad, which is good for health.

In the morning, I like to have a cup of Americano to stay focus on my work. Sometimes, when I have no time for a decent lunch, I will go there to get something to eat, though I'm not a fan of cold food.

Lastly I'll tell you about how I feel about it. It provides a space between office and home where people can have some refreshments, meet their friends, take a break, or just enjoy time alone. It's needed in the modern lifestyle. We all love this kind of place, don't we?
